This combines multiple PDF files into one, in whatever order you arrange them, using the pdf-lib library running entirely in your browser — no file is uploaded anywhere to perform the merge.

Page numbering, bookmarks, and other structure from the original files aren't preserved or renumbered — pages are copied in as-is, so a page that was "page 1" in its source file stays visually identical, just repositioned within the combined document.
This works on standard PDFs. Password-protected or encrypted PDFs can't be read by this tool without the password, since the library can't parse an encrypted file's page content without first decrypting it.
No hard limit is enforced, but very large files or a large number of PDFs may slow down your browser tab, since the entire merge happens in memory on your device.
